This critter looks like a giant chipmunk but is actually a small squirrel.  Popped up a few inches from my hiking boots near the peak of The Whistlers, 2,263 metres (7,425 ft) above sea level.  I was out of breath but it wasn’t.  No, seriously, I took the tram.  The Ground Squirrel humped it up there on its own.  Had to capture the moment.
